Nursery schools are educational and social services of public interest, regulated by Regional Law No. 16 of 2019 and Directive No. 286 of October 24, 2017. They are open to all children between the ages of three months and three years. They work with their families to foster their growth and development, as part of an early childhood policy and the guarantee of the right to education, while respecting individual, cultural, and religious identity.
I nidi hanno finalità di:
a) education and socialization of children, with a view to their psychological and physical well-being and the development of their cognitive, emotional, relational, and social potential;
b) childcare that involves continuous care with non-parental caregivers in a context outside the family;
c) support for families in caring for their children and making educational choices.
Nursery schools are also part of the integrated education and instruction system from birth to six years of age.
Most of the 0/3 year old Services associated with Fism Modena are accredited pursuant to Regional Council Resolution no. 1035/2021.
