FISM Modena offers those working in associated educational services a broad and varied program of training activities, opportunities to reflect on their professionalism, address childhood issues, engage with current pedagogical debates, and update their skills.

The training is divided into two levels: one at the provincial level, one at the district level.

In the first part of the year, more general courses are held, involving teachers and educators from associated educational services throughout the province, designed based on their training needs. These courses continue over the course of several months to allow for in-depth pedagogical reflection and equally significant impact on the various provincial communities; all thanks to the ongoing support of FISM pedagogical coordinators. Other training courses are offered in the various districts, based on the specific characteristics and training needs of the area. They are often implemented using a more laboratory-based methodology, offering ever-new teaching tools to be used in class with children.
